Our Story
From Our Hands to Your Home
Founded in 2008 as White Oak Attic, our shop reflects our heritage, hobbies, and interests. If you’re the nostalgic type, you’ll love us!
Based on the old general mercantile concept, if it’s handy for your homestead, you might find it here. We rely on woodworking, a variety of tools to help us bring things from concept to reality, and we hand finish each and every piece. We are fond of craftsman style, farmhouse decor, and the rural, rustic nature of the past. We also enjoy some modern trends, too. We make what we like and we hope you’ll like them too!
We are intent on “blooming where we’re planted” and placing emphasis on supporting local, and especially family-owned, businesses (like ours!), charitable causes, and we encourage buying American-made goods and services. We believe we all do best when we prioritize support for our own home, neighbors and community. By building a strong foundation, we enable each other to grow, reaching out into the world to share our success and lend a helping hand.
