Everything in The Gray Shed is made by hand after you place your order. We do not keep finished inventory on the shelf. That means your piece is made specifically for you, which takes a little time and it is worth it.
Production Time
Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 3 to 7 business days of purchase, large or heavily customized special orders may take longer but that will be communicated up front. Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin production on Monday. During high-volume seasons (November through December), production may run one to two days longer. If your order has a specific deadline, reach out before purchasing and we will give you specific details on whether we can meet it.
Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Most domestic orders arrive within two to five business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands, but if something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time.
